First Annual Clontarf Community Games - Meeting

First Annual Clontarf Community Games:

Parents and volunteers from the Clontarf area met with a representative from the Community Games on the 15th March in St. Gabriel's Parish Centre to discuss the possibility of organising an Annual Community Games Event in Clontarf.

The Community Games is an independent voluntary organisation providing opportunities for children and young people to grow and develop in a positive and healthy way while experiencing a wide range of sporting and cultural activities. The Games have over 200,000 participants and over 10,000 volunteers in Ireland and it would be a fantastic addition to the Clontarf area if we succeed in establishing an annual event here.

A follow up meeting will be held on Wednesday 30th March at 8pm in St. Gabriel's Parish Centre for anyone interested in getting involved.
